The Ed Experts was founded by NYC educators, Nonprofit Executive Directors, & youth development experts— Dr. Anne Desrosiers & Ian Thomas-Minor.

After realizing the critical need for culturally-responsive, reflective, pragmatic & authentic training to empower adults who impact youth & students daily. With 45 years of experience serving at-risk, underserved youth through custom & unique curriculum, programming, international/domestic travel, project-based and experiential learning —we see ourselves as the most authentic in education today, still working in service to and with youth.

Given the reality that all industries have learners & leaders who need authentic, pragmatic, and evidence-based support to do their work well—our work also extends beyond education to maximize our vision for equitable, diverse, relevant social impact & leadership development.
