CONNECTIVE INC.
Fern’s Fund is one of our largest initiatives. Connective Inc. focuses on directly combatting the school-to-prison pipeline and its impact on young Black women in schools with this initiative and other youth-centric programs. We travel with young Black women from inner city schools, providing experiential opportunities to learn career paths through sports-based youth development (as staff for Battle in the Bluffs); while supporting personal growth through leadership development training prior to traveling for an immersive cultural itinerary on Martha’s Vineyard.
